MSC Cruises’ new ship will depart from Rome (Civitavecchia) on November 19, 2022 for its inaugural 18-day cruise.

It will call at Barcelona – from where it is also possible to embark – Valencia, Cadiz, Funchal and King’s Wharf before arriving in New York. The naming ceremony will take place on December 7, 2022 in this iconic city, at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal.

This flagship will then sail to Miami, its home port for the 2022-2023 season. It will sail the Caribbean seas with two 8-day itineraries calling at Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve and Nassau (Bahamas), San Juan (Puerto Rico) and Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic) or Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve (Bahamas), Cozumel (Mexico), George Town (Cayman Islands) and Ocho Rios (Jamaica).

This innovative ship in many ways will not fail to seduce thrill seekers. The first robotic ride at sea, Robotron, will have them twirling 53 meters above sea level with music personalized by each person!

Equipped with state-of-the-art environmental technologies, it will reduce nitrogen oxide emissions by up to 90% and sulfur oxide emissions by up to 98%.
