Experience Kissimmee, in partnership with Atlas Obscura, has launched the Latin Culinary Trail, an immersive way to explore Osceola County’s rich Hispanic and Latino food culture.

The trail features 20 handpicked restaurants, cafés, and food trucks, each offering a taste of the stories, flavors, and traditions that shape the region’s diverse culinary landscape.

From family-owned favorites like El Cilantrillo and La Mexicana Restaurant to community gathering spots such as Food Trucks Heaven and Susana’s Café, the trail invites visitors to experience Kissimmee through the people and dishes that define its culinary identity.

The project also brings the experience beyond the table through digital storytelling, including videos, podcasts, and recipes that celebrate the chefs, families, and traditions behind each stop.

Kissimmee’s culinary scene also reflects a long history of cultural influence and craftsmanship. For more than 120 years, Columbia Restaurant has served Spanish-Cuban cuisine across Florida, preserving family recipes and traditions while designing each location to reflect the character of the community it calls home.

Beyond the trail, visitors will also find plenty of sweet stops worth discovering. Kilwins® Celebration continues to expand its globally inspired offerings with new Dubai-inspired chocolates for 2026.
