After three years of disruption, California’s legendary Highway 1 has finally fully reopened, several months ahead of schedule. The route then continues to Cambria, an artistic town near the magnificent Hearst Castle, before reaching a wilder coastline as Big Sur approaches, with stops in Harmony, at Salmon Creek Falls, and at Ragged Point.
