In Denver, Colorado Springs, Boulder, as well as in Estes Park, Vail, Aspen, and Ouray, many companies offer to discover the diversity and the beauty of Colorado’s landscapes from a hot air ballon. Flights usually operate early in the morning when the winds are more stable. It is thus recommended to dress warmly as temperatures can be chilly at this time of the day.
Flight time is about 45 minutes to 1 hour, but the whole experience lasts about 4 hours including the time needed to prepare and inflate the balloon, deflate it, and have a snack with sparkling wine to round off the experience.
Children are generally accepted from the age of 6.
