CNEWYORK continues to expand its catalog of activities and guided tours for families. Based on the observation that there was a need for teenage based activities in NYC, Laurène Hamilton, in charge of operations for CNEWYORK, designed an experience with teenagers in mind.
3 hours of fun discoveries on fashion, street art and anecdotes of New York gangsters for families. A slide ride hidden in a building, followed by a streetwear concept store in NoHo and you are up for a scavenger hunt in the East Village. And everyone participates by deciphering the urban art of the activist Jim Power nicknamed Mosaic Man.
Thanks to the art of the Mosaic Man, visitors discover the popular and musical history of the East Village through an interactive guided tour. Families are even encouraged to be part of the street art by creating temporary street art during a “street art” challenge! Finally, among the many unusual surprises that this guided tour has in store: a speakeasy bar in which visitors, even minors, are allowed to discover!
