A new 51-room property within walking distance of Louisville’s landmarks, opened in May 2021 in Kentucky.

The Grady Hotel is housed in a fully renovated historic 19th-century building in the Market District that originally housed a medicinal bourbon apothecary. Its cocktail bar: the Wild Swann, offers handcrafted drinks. The bar’s name is named after the former owners: Swann-Abram Hat Co, a hat designer from the famous Kentucky Derby, and J.B. Wilder, the apothecary and owner of the bourbon distillery. The Grady Hotel is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

Louisville is a bustling city, home to the legendary Kentucky Derby horse race, which lasts two weeks. There is also the Slugger Museum, a museum and factory where baseball bats have been made since 1884!

For art and history, explore places like the Mellwood Arts Center, the Speed Art Museum, the Muhammad Ali Center and the Frazier International History Museum.
