The city of Seattle is now in phase 3 of its “Healthy Washington–Roadmap to Recovery” plan, which allows stores, hotels, restaurants, sports and entertainment establishments to reopen up to 50% of their capacity. A positive and encouraging sign for tourism and French visitors who are longing to discover the Emerald City in the upcoming months.
Until borders reopen and flights between Paris and Seattle resume, the Port of Seattle is building a new, expanded 450,000-square-foot International Arrivals Facility at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, which will be opening this summer.
Including a 85-foot-high aerial walkway, the new terminal will offer new services and new facilities, and will improve the customs and baggage claim process, in order to enhance the international passenger experience and welcome an increasing number of visitors.
