Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn has crafted new La Première and Business menus for Air France departuring from the United States
As the only woman in the United States with three Michelin stars for her Atelier Crenn restaurant in San Francisco, Dominique Crenn aims to create innovative and poetic French cuisine for Air France passengers, emphasizing local and seasonal ingredients.
She has curated twelve original dishes for Air France passengers to enjoy in the La Première and Business cabins. Every month, Air France will present two signature dishes in each cabin, including a vegetarian option and a fish dish, in addition to the regular menu offerings.
Dominique Crenn’s dishes are available on departure from Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, Miami, Newark, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington.
Starting from June 1, 2024*, they will also be featured on flights from Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix and Raleigh.
